THE LOGISTIC CONCEPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TOURIST COMPANY
Abstract:
The article shows the present and forecast situation in the Polish tourist sector and it highlights the necessity of the companies operating within to search new forms of the organization and service of tourist movement. One of these forms is enforcing the laws of logistics to manage a tourist company. The essence of the defined logistic management of the tourist enterprise involves planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the logistic processes realized in tourist industry. All this should serve mostly the reduction of tourist companies' costs and matching more and more growing customer's - tourist's requirements.
