VALUE ADDED PROCESSES OPTIMIZATION IN THE PRODUCTION LOGISTICS

Abstract:

Many international efforts for the improvement of the value added aim for the implementation of simple methods. In this article a simple and, at the same time, an effective method for the complete recording of a process and its share of the value added is presented. For the calculation of the process efficiency an example must be given how it can be calculated from the process by simple means. The method presented here was successfully employed multiple times in the most diverse projects of assorted German industrial enterprises. It is a precondition that the expert who is assigned to the analysis has a sound knowledge of the technology and the logistics. Particularly, it is worth mentioning that this method can be used by the production worker as a permanent work tool. It is therefore an instrument that can immediately improve the value added process and ensure higher efficiency in the enterprise.
